EGP QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

The Director of EGP, as responsible for the Quality and Environment Policy of the company declares that Quality is an essential factor for the success of our company, whose mission is to continuously improve the performance of our organization, evaluating the economic, human, technical, society and environmental aspects, by providing our customers with products and services that exceed their expectations of quality and delivery, on time, and respecting the preservation of the Environment. EGP’s main objective is to provide its customers with the confidence and satisfaction that its products and services correspond to the levels of quality desired by them (in accordance with the legislation, standards and specifications applicable in each case), as well as to keep this policy up to date according to the nature, magnitude and environmental impact of its activities, products or services, to all its employees and the general public, within its scope “Design, calculation, management of the manufacture and assembly of metal structures”. In view of the foregoing, EGP undertakes to:

In terms of Quality…

  • Demonstrate a permanent commitment to achieve the highest quality of its products and services, starting from the needs and expectations of our customers.  

  • Promote from its leadership the involvement of all levels of our organization in achieving the levels of quality and objectives defined.

  • To provide the necessary human and technical resources that are most relevant to the achievement of these objectives.

  • To deploy this Policy, as a frame of reference, in the Approaches which are coherent with our mission, through Development Strategies, through Indicators and the identification of Objectives, planning the activities and Performance Programmes.

  • To develop Continuous Improvement in all the Organization’s fields of action, pursuing the effectiveness of the established Management System.

  • Continuously review this Policy to ensure its suitability to the changing circumstances of the environment and stakeholders. 

  • To propose a future vision for our company, coherent with our interests, those of our employees and those of society, providing the people and the necessary human, technological and knowledge resources for the adequate and effective development of the services and processes carried out.

In terms of Environment...

  • Complying with current environmental regulations and other applicable requirements, The achievement of the environmental Objectives and Goals planned, consistent with this Policy, set by the General Manager,

  • Identify and evaluate significant aspects, assigning objectives, as quantifiable as possible, for their control.

  • Protect the environment, including pollution prevention, as well as other specific commitments relevant to the context of our organisation,

  • Continuous improvement and periodic review of the Environmental Management System, evaluating the corrective actions taken and the achievement of established goals.

  • Facilitate training and ensure adequate awareness of its workers in knowledge, behavior and compliance with the rules,

  • Assigning the necessary people and means for the adequate control of services and processes.
